Shipping info required !
 

Hello, my paypal was holding funds for 30 days at the beginning of my business then stopped that holding period

now a customer is sending me almost everyday a payment, they held the money commenting "you are a new seller !" lol

and shipping info is required, I'm selling digital goods and I have no shipping info, they ask for updating status of services to release after 7 days, what do you think about that?

I'd do the 2nd option or just wait it out. Risky business model is what got payment holds reapplied on your account.

Agree with phaz0rz - the digital goods model is highly risky for PP and the fact that they haven't actually limited means that they are willing to work with you on the payments via this "new seller" hold

yes I know that new hold isn't cause they suppose I'm a new seller, but cause they suppose that there's red flag activity related to my account

so to avoid this should I:

- reduce this traffic
- reveal it's a digital product or service and mark as done
- ask customer to mark as shipped from his side
- provide ⊗⊗⊗⊗ shipping info

which option is the best to do to maintain my paypal account

When I create a new pp account you have to input the type of business you're running. Isnt it better to state you're selling digital goods from the outset?
