PayPal asking for Vendor/supplier information
 

PayPal is asking for Vendor/supplier information, this is my own account will all my real info, problem is i've been drop shipping with Walmart so trying to figure out how to create a document with supplier information. can't believe they limit accounts during a pandemic, It's hard enough trying to get a sale.

get your invoices from Walmart and give that.

I believe dropshipping is not allowed from retail stores,

Nice link about the dropshipping from a wholesaler vs. retailer/marketplace.

You cant use your WMT receipt,or Costco or Target or Wayfair,or worse AMZN,these are retailers.
Ebay wants a vendor invoice,showing its name and address and your account number,name and addres and a listing of items you ordered with price.quantity and line total,it can be proforma,with freight to be added,but retail receipt is not a vendor invoice

I just about got everything sorted out and hopefully PayPal reinstates my account

i am able to provide all the tracking for 4 ebay orders they are asking for.

I used Second Eye to make an invoice with Exxcel outdoors (a manufacturing company that makes tents) as that is mostly what i have been selling.


a PayPal rep sent me a message on the day my account got limited and said i have almost provided all i needed and if there was anything to do to help. I am still waiting on a few tracking numbers to come in and should be good to go, only problem is i have been refunding buyers alot lately because Walmart is out of stock on alot of items

if you keep refunding,you will hear from Ebay.

I know, I took all my listings down for the time being. You think the invoice I had made will be enough?

Also trying to find something to cover up so they don’t know I’m drop shipping. Maybe tell them I get my items from a warehouse in another city?

frankly when they ask for stuff... it's usually bad news.
So all you can do is just try, but do be prepared to have extra accounts.

yes i know, but i have nothing to loose since this is my real account with all my real info. i had it since 2018 and was doing really good until this coronavirus stuff hit and stuff started going out of stock. its because of the pandemic and they know it. I've even gotten 6 PayPal working capital loans totaling $35,000 and paid them all off with no problems.

just so everyone knows I recently tried doing the ebay working capital and the lender they used is a complete rip off, i was going to borrow $4000 and they were going to charge me $2000 in interest, PayPal doesn't even charge no where near that much

update: PayPal sent me a message saying i provided everything they wanted and that there are 2 active ebay cases once they are resolved they said they would lift the limitation

I sure hope they'll do what they said they'll do. So just be careful and manage your expectations.

They'll remove it. Been through that limitation on my real pp aswell

they were just concerned about the refunds being issued, I wish the pandemic wasn't like this wouldn't have this problem
