PayPal asking to "Provide Identity Documents" right after signup
 

Hi,
I bought the eBay Stealth Guide and followed every single instruction there is. I double checked every single detail (new user account, personal name, phone, address, etc. EVERYTHING)
When I created Business PayPal, the signup was OK, but on my dashboard, I get this Red Alert: Provide Identity Documents
Can anyone please tell me what is causing it?
I have tried to create 1 more account with legit details while 3 more accounts with ⊗⊗⊗⊗ random details from the internet, but every account gets the same Red Alert.
P.S. I am using IPBurger's Residential Plan. I change the IP location according to my address I wanna use for PayPal stealth.
Somebody help me please.

What is your source of phone number?

Trying to start with business accounts instead of personal could be the problem here.

Phone number is from MajicJack service.
I also tried with random but legit addresses and phone numbers from bestrandoms.com to check, but same problem.

Hmm. That might be the case. So if I signup Personal PayPal, then after how much time should I upgrade to Business PayPal?

Could it be that its their new policy to ask for Identity Verification? Can anyone tell me if they have signed up for PayPal these days without haing to provide identity documents?

When signing up for PayPal Personal, it asks for phone number verification at the very first step. But I never get their verification code. I tried TextFree, TextNow and TextMe, and never received code on any. While on the other hand, I do get eBay verification codes. Why?

because those services cannot be used... if anything they'll get your account killed,.

I thought you said you followed EVERY step of the guide perfectly?
This is a good example for everyone out there who said "I followed the stealth guide PERFECTLY" yet they are missing some understandings -_-

Anyways, go get yourself a $10 phone locally and use that instead.

I think that is a new policy , in Italy it's the same, after the first payment they ask for documents

If you read my previous messages, you will see that I did follow EVERY STEP in the guide but still got asked for Identity Documents. Then I turned to TextFree etc. just to check but no luck either.

Anyway, I will try Tracfone method now. Thanks for suggestion.

So I have created Personal PayPal now using a real Verizon number, and so far it looks great. How many days should I wait before upgrading to Business PayPal? Or should I just keep Personal PayPal? I intend to use it on eBay stealth. Any suggestions?
