Stealth E-book Question

Hello there. I have like 4 or 5 paypals locked with my name and address and all that. The point is that I need a paypal account, I was wondering, since I have seen that the ebook’s title is Ebay, and I don’t even use Ebay, will it help me with my ‘problem’? I just want to create PayPals so I can receive money for my services. Please let me know, thank you!

The thing is, will I be able to create accounts on the same name from the same country? Will I be able to learn how to cash out money from this kind of account? Will I learn how to not get limited anymore? Will I learn how to receive money and stop having issues with PayPal?

You should create accounts with a different name and address every time.
