Hello, a fraudster bought my product after paying the bill with stolen money. Can PayPal withdraw this money from me?

1. You have to have tracking that shows delivered to the address specified on their paypal.

2. Signature confirmation specially on items above $250

signature confirmation is now $750,not 250/
Seller protection for UA unauthorised transaction,all you need is to show you have shipped the item,not necessarily delivered.
save your shipping label you used to ship the item
