Creating a New PayPal

Hello

At the moment I have a Business PayPal open in the Netherlands with a company registered in the Netherlands. But lately I open a new company in Hong Kong and would like to close this business account and open the new one with the Hong Kong company details.

But my question is will PayPal allow me to open a Hong Kong company registered PayPal meanwhile I am in the Netherlands?
