 Paymate.com.au Problem, please help me

As it mentioned :If you are an Australian ebay user then Paymate is a great solution.
I really don't understand how can i use paymate as payment method on my australia ebay account which i only sell item in aus ebay.
Because when i have a look at paymate site and read other thread, paymate.com.au is only integrate with ebay.com ( not ebay.com.au)
then how come " If you are an Australian ebay user then Paymate is a great solution."
Or if i misunderstand, if it is, can any one help me
I really want to use paymate, i hate paypal so much, it piss me off after stealing $2000 from acc,even i already posted all the item,tracking number,and received good feedback from my customer, they won't lift my account and say something: your account is highly risk balahlah...
Please explain to me how paymate work?
