hi, I'm new to this and I can't understand ...
I only need a verified paypal account. with a limit of 5000 euros.

In order to verify your paypal and lift limits, attach a card and bank and have them both confirmed.

Just verify and confirm the account with a credit card / VCC and a bank account.

These days sellers do not have to ship to a confirmed address to get seller protection,so a confirmed address serves ? purpose?I wonder?
