New created Paypal europe account is limited at first payment received

Hello, i have created paypal account from bulgaria with real phone number and i added vcc and confirmed 3 months ago. Then left account.

But today when i get money 20$ from someone its suddenly limited. Same thing happpened to all my other recently created accounts.

What was your source of IP for account creation?

Real ip, can it be realated to website that i got payment from customers ?

Real Bulgarian IP ? What VCC you used to confirm the account ? Risky item sold ?

Eastern Europe has the highest number of online fraud so it is to be expected. The boys from there are basically at the top of the ranks.
