No, you can't bypass this ssn and dob verification step even you have Friend PP or whatever. So, if you want to receive and accept money just go through the verification step.

just ditch your account,if you dont have a SSN,you cant send or spend your PAYPAL FUND,you should do the research before opening a US Paypal account.

No, you can't. You simply add a bank account to withdraw funds to.

If you would like to sell or purchase online then you will need to attach ssn.
