Not receiving PayPal payments anymore?
 

Usually when a PayPal email isn’t added to a PayPal account yet I will still receive payment once I add the email to an existing pp account but lately I haven’t been receiving any payments this way. Does anyone know what’s going on?

It used to be that if a payment was sent to an email that was not yet associated with a paypal account it would stay unclaimed until that email was linked to a paypal account. Once it was linked the payment would go through into that paypal.
That was years ago. No idea if they still do things that way.

Oh that. I didn't understand her English.

Either way I never mess with that kinda thing... I'm always perfect with my steps so never had to deal with nonsense that I can control.

You can't receive money on that email if it is not verified after linking with Paypal. As I tried to receive 2 days ago. The email was linked with my Paypal but it was not verified from the Paypal settings. So I went through settings and verified the email then my Paypal appears to the sender on the same email and he sent me money.

Since Cov19,so many have lost their jobs,Paypal and other payment processors have suffered losses due to fraud,so it has tighten its rules,you cant just add any email address to your Paypal account and expect the $$ to be in your account.
