Hi,

In my legit PP UK, i have bank accounts already verified with my same name too. I wonder if i can use PP for domestic UK wire transfer like a bank to receive money?

What if;

I share my sort code and account number to sender and he makes a wire to my PP?

That sender bank account is a non verified bank. The risk, it can never be validated as it's not a personal account.

Meanwhile, with other personal banks, it works fine on both directions, direct debit is also set. As a note, there's no Wise.

I checked in PP forum, reddit, etc, i couldn't find a clear answer.

I dont think you can use PP to wire funds to a someone else's bank - it's PP to PP transfer then withdrawal to bank

Hi,

Indeed i'm asking the reverse. If someone wires me funds from his bank to my PP (the one shown in PP as sort code & account number).

Pretty sure what youre describing is not an option with paypal.

Yes, i found that statement in PP too:

>Use a bank account that's been added to your PayPal account
>The bank account must also be in the same name as your PayPal account
