2 small deposits? Did they go back out? Sounds like somebody is adding a bank account to your PP.. which would be very bad.

Makes sense OP - seems like someone has logged into to your pp to verify with a bank account of their own...

Does the bank account on your pp show up as one you know?

No bank is uodated...The person sent me 2 deposit for same amount. The sent cents as if they was paying me something. No new bank is listed so I doubt they got in...Look like somebody can get access to your email if you email them because open 3 email to contact the person and 2 of them After loggin out I cant logo back into those dummy emails

Hmmm.... this doesn't make sense.

So:

1. You got 2 deposits into your PAYPAL balance ?
2. Your eBay AND PP accounts were used to buy some random stuff from another eBayer? Correct?

If this is the case your account was hacked and there should be a record what IP it was.

If I were you, I wouldn't toss the account I'd:

1. Check if there's a secondary email / phone / bank / CC anything that's not yours in both accounts.

2. withdraw all money to your bank account immediately

3. Contact the seller what address was used to ship the items

4. change ALL your email, passwords, phone number on your accounts.
If you never did this before, ask us how because you can't just change everything abruptly.

All around strange. Refund the payments, change your password, and move on.

password may have been changed but it is still a valid email address.
One possible use of your email address is to send you a phony Paypal email to that address,if they know your name ,thats even better =
dear Jimmy Hoe,
it looks like your paypal account has been tempered, please click on this link and recover your account,so you go to that phony site, enter your email address and your password, now they have your email and password.
