Paypal verifying - any common amounts?

Had to change the bank account on Paypal and it's taking *forever* to verify. It's been over 5 days now. It should have been completed by now!

I'm now thinking of trying to guess the amounts to move things along. Has anyone done this before? Are there "stock" numbers that seem to come up more often than others? I know it's all automated, but I have noticed before that I did end up with the same amounts a couple times so that gave me the idea that *maybe* I could guess. And I did, once. Didn't want to risk it again until I had more info for fear of locking up the account.

aspkin 10-08-2007 10:07 AM

I wouldn't risk it. Just like my mechanic says, who's been working on my mustang for the last month, be patient.

powerbid 10-08-2007 10:14 AM

jack... trust me it doesnt work ... u will end up being in the wrong place.. better wait.. be patient.. grab a cup of coffee go watch a movie enjoy pop corns along but cool oofff.. let the nature take its course ;)

JackNoMore 10-08-2007 10:20 AM

I understand what you're saying, it's just driving me crazy since I finally have some working plans in place and it was messed up by auto-verify! I'm sitting on my hands here with merchandise and I'm going batty! :)

Did you read about the lady who waited a YEAR for a mechanic to be done with her car?! That's just crazy!! Even a layman could have repaired it in a year!

aspkin 10-08-2007 11:03 AM

Lol.. yeah it's problem after problem with this guy... but hopefully I'll get it later today or tomorrow. I spent way too much this time around.

New times... rims... 3 core radiator... electric fan... tubular k-member... tack-o-meter... and a bunch of other ****. I'll write a post about it when I get it back. I'll have a bunch of photos too.

Chris Hanson 10-08-2007 11:13 AM

Aspkin didn't you tell use that you just sold your Mustang over a month aao on craigslist?

http://www.aspkin.com/forums/ebay-di...-odd-cars.html

I'm confused now...

Aspkin said:
"Oh I see. I just finish selling my 94 Mustang within 2 days of listing the car, that's why I mentioned it. Maybe craigslist.org?

I've listed cars on eBay before and never had any biters."

JackNoMore 10-08-2007 11:31 AM

Maybe he has more than one. He's mr. moneybags! Could I get a loan boss? ;) :)

Chris Hanson 10-08-2007 11:43 AM

Your right. I forgot he does have 2 mustangs

aspkin 10-08-2007 11:57 AM

Aye, my 87 GT. My 94 one is gone.

http://www.aspkin.com/gallery/main.p...serialNumber=4

That's an old image. It's changed a lot since then.

JackNoMore 10-08-2007 12:20 PM

Nice :) But man I'll bet that thing attracts birds like nobody's business.

aspkin 10-08-2007 12:45 PM

aspkin 10-08-2007 12:55 PM

You're in Detroit Chris?

Chris Hanson 10-08-2007 01:01 PM

Deeeeetroit Bask it ballll

DEPRESSEDDISTRESSED 10-16-2007 12:23 AM

Uh, back to the real subject here>>> Don't risk it, they only give you a certain amount of attempts for the small ver amts, and then they will limit you :(

JackNoMore 10-16-2007 09:43 AM

Business. Want to be paid. The usual stuff.

Chris Hanson 10-16-2007 11:33 AM

Want to hurry up and get that money out before they catch on to you

JackNoMore 10-17-2007 05:52 PM

Yeah I see you deleted my reply again. What else is new.

For those who care and DON'T have a smart remark to share, I STILL have not received the deposits that were sent now over a week and a half ago. I did however receive a very puzzling email with the following:

The two deposits that Paypal sent to your bank account as part of the bank verification process were returned to us for the following reason:

Your bank does not recognize this bank account number. Please check the bank account number and bank routing number you entered. If they are correct, please call your bank.

Sincerely,
PayPal

Google search revealed that others have received this response too, but no one seems to know the cause. Paypal and the bank are no help at all on this error message. Apparently no one knows anything. Makes me feel confident.

HI- I got a pAYPAL DEBIT CARD for my pp acct, then added another user. (that gives me 2 cards x $400/day each- then I got 2 debit cards on another acct = 2 cards, and 1 card on another = 5 cards, x $400= $2,000/day cash at the atms... this is how i get the funds out before they limit. (OH- if you get say 1500 in one acct- yea, you got to eat the 3%-- make a send money+ send $800 to each of the other accts for that day, fo you follow me, or i figure the fees, and send alittle more. Paypal takes additionally $1 per each withdrawl at the atm.. Hope this helps

jm3262 10-17-2007 10:46 PM

they are Premiere Business accts, the third acct was only a year old, would not let me get 2, just one, thats how i got 5 cards. Maybe the feedback score has to be over 1000 or something?? dont know?

jm3262 10-17-2007 11:53 PM

My accts were both taken down , right after ebay took down, I am now certain it was because of a Jealous competitor... creating numerous accts, sending emails like crazy to ebay.. until they had enough, felt it was easier to suspend.
Ebays reason was Vero, PP said cannot use their site to sell illegal items., (Called and wrote pp, no good)- The items they took me off for, cases for rolex boxes, were purchased on ebay, but when tried to resell, told its encouraging ...

Ballsack 10-18-2007 11:26 PM

You cannot guess. You have 3 tries and if you get them wrong you'll be locked out. lol.

JackNoMore 10-20-2007 03:33 PM

This thread has gone off subject Modee. lol You helped. Give yourself an infraction. :)

jm3262 - I read your first post through several times and still stumped. Could you please rephrase that? Also, how are you adding users to the card and not having to open a whole new account for those users? Are you able to have a different shipping address for other users?

rapunzel_01 10-21-2007 01:41 AM

modee dont need infractions he/she runs the site like no other with a hammer :D yes I know this first hand.

JackNoMore 10-25-2007 04:43 PM

(Sigh) How many times do I have to say it? There are no hounds at my heels. It's just a question to be answered. Sometimes a cigar is just a cigar. Good grief man. I have said nothing about an account being shut down. That's all your doing. Stop.attacking.me.

Everything else I've already said either by email or PM and I have nothing further I care to comment.

jm, thank you for the information. :)

Chris Hanson 10-27-2007 02:23 PM

Put me on jack...lol

JackNoMore 10-27-2007 04:03 PM

So...he is a coward after all. Knew it.

That's so funny!

Please note there are two posts in between this and the one I quoted.

koalawash 10-27-2007 06:08 PM

No, Jack.. apparently you did NOT "know" it, otherwise you would have never decided to divulge such information to that member.

Did he really??? I want some juicy details Modee..

JackNoMore 10-30-2007 06:00 PM

Come off it Chris. You know all the details. You warped the PM to your own goals so you could go tattle to modee about this ficticious "proof". If there was any doubt to the quality of your character before, it's crystal clear now.

koalawash - you're either a pawn of this little deception or a doppleganger/bandwagonneer. Allow me to illuminate. Modee deletes posts. Often. Being as he is "god" of this forum he can pretty much twist any posts into whatever he wants to suit his own desires of the moment. Aspkin has yet to put his foot down on this matter it seems, so any argument is going to be decidedly one-sided--at least here at the forum. Legally is another matter. I'm sure you'll experience this censorship at some point or another if you stick around.

There was no information "divulged." It was an off-hand remark sent to Chris via PM as a joke. Nothing more. As I said before, I would be happy to post the full PM here publically for everyone to see for themselves or private mail. I have nothing to hide and won't be a scapegoat for those who are just trying to divert heat from their own little ventures.

Chris Hanson 10-30-2007 07:12 PM

HAHAHHA@Modee

But damn, why everytime we ask where is Jack at he always show up??

JackNoMore 10-31-2007 03:36 PM

Because I can read your mind Chris. Ooooooo. Spooooookieeee! Oooooo.
:)

That was actually a fair response modee. I'm sort of impressed. Have no fear. I have no intention to try to turn the forum into anything. I've kept the question to just this thread now, and like you say it is practically old news at this point anyway.

Besides, who wants to fight today anyway? Happy Halloween :)
