i think i have buy more than 20 accounts here and all get limited.
yes i use always different ip private proxy and everything correct.
but paypal ask always for documents after that the accounts get limited!

That could be a huge contributing factor, sorry to say :( PP doesnt like digital items in general

Digital items isn't that bad. It's a higher risk but entirely possible to sell without problems.

It's probably you're selling too much at at time.

With PayPal you need to limit payments received and never have burst of sales come through until the account is more verified.

Spread your sales out over multiple accounts and rotate accounts.

There is no such thing as bulletproof acc. Most likely you've made some mistakes that resulted in suspension.

No no, never ever use FnF that's actually a bigger issue than selling digital items.

Personally I send out a lot of F&F payments and don't have any problem.. but I can see this being an issue for less established accounts. For solid business accounts that are fully verified its no problem.

Agree, I use to send alot of F&f payments without any issue worst case what they done block receiver account for not accepting f&f payment in future

F&F Payments are absolutely fine as long as the account is doing some regular activity and pays fees to PP. They are mostly concerned when an account does not pay fees. I have one old strong account that has transferred more than 100k of FFs, no problems, but it also does a lot of regular payments, so lots of PP fees are paid as well, so they close their eyes on these FFs.
