Adding Bank account on an aged PayPal
Hi, I had a bank account get closed and I tried to add a new bank account to an old paypal account.
I came across a security issue and when i called they asked to verify with public records.
Has anyone had success with the method where you add a VCC and then trying to add the new bank account a week after? I believe this is so that they ask to verify the VCC's digits instead of using the public records verification check.
Can anyone chime in that has had recent success with overcoming this issue? |
