Using two different paypal for same business

Hey
I am seller on etsy and I use paypal to receive payments. As per paypal rules we are allowed to have one personal and one business account. Aftr talking to their customer support I was able to convence them that I need another paypal business account saying I need it for a Different business but I will be using 2nd account also to sell products on etsy so, I would like to know if they found out that I am using both accounts to for similar kind of business will they shut down my accounts in future?
Any suggestions will be really helpful

PP would know depending on your registration info and how you setup the accounts - might shut you down.

Etsy wouldnt necessarily know

So the safest thing would be adding another mail to the PayPal and receiving payments through it.
