Paypal I need advice
 

When i thought paypal couldnt get any worse it just got
i never used it to buy just to sell
so here is my problem
I'm using 4g IP from my country (BR)
4 months old paypal
100% verified with bank account and credit card linked
and when i try to buy something lets say at "aliexpress" that custs more than $100
the card simply disappears at the time of purchase
as if I had never linked it and I am asked to link a new one
Do you guys have any idea of what is happening or got any experience with this? :confused:
I'm thinking to make a USA pp just to test if this is some sort of country block

Sounds like a security measure or a glitch.
A US paypal wont have the ability to send payments from the existing balance so take that into acct. VERY difficulty to operate a US paypal if youre not from the US.
Have you tried calling paypal for assistance?

yea i called them one time and they just said to me "wait 7 days and try again" well its 2 months already and nothing changed
also i'm not trying to pay with my balance.. i'm trying to pay with my credit card

Yes it happens when the account is not mature enough. You are able to buy cheap items using card but for high amounts it will ask you to link a card even though you already linked.

It means PP system still has no trust on you. It has nothing to do with country. PP system is the same on all countries.

So following this logic i guess they dont like "new clients"

why cant you use your cc without Paypal on ALIEXPRESS.
Ali also has ALIPAY

If you're buying from ali just use your own Credit card. It's better anyways than using PP.

Add funds to your balance and pay with it. It is a good idea to check online purchase limits with your card provider.
