| This actually made me remember a thing which occurred couple years ago: Unregistered Paypal users tried to pay by CC/DirectDebit(EU) and some accounts just could not receive any of them. However, this time, they are already registered at Paypal and they sent me money before.
Anyway, thhis leads to me thinking that I need to somehow unlock Credit Card payments to my account? But it leaves me a bit puzzled, as usually, you are supposed to receive any payment anyway, except maybe for unregistered cc payments?! Quote:

Sometimes moving money out too fast can trigger this. In other words you did something that correlates with suspicious activity and you got that shadow ban. It goes away with time like covid.
| No, money wasnt moved out to fast, payments etc. can be still sent and received, I am not the one receiving the error message, it is people who wish to send money to me. Maybe you mixed that up? |
