Hi guys i want to open a new paypal account , many years back i had usa account but now a days in order to open and use it asks ssn and a active phone number ,kindly suggest me a country where i can open without any document initially and easy phone number availability online,thanks

I was doing some reading about the Philippine platform but haven't tested it out yet - maybe you can test it and report back?

With Paypal Phillipines you can register with a phone number from another country if you are opening a business account.

With personal accounts you need a local sim

I used to have Philippine Paypal accounts.

They dont want any Documents or Credit Card, only a Phone number.

I always use that site to Verify stuff. If you save the cookies with your paypal it should normally not ask for the number again, it least for its like that..

Withdraw from Foreign Paypal you could either do but having a real Paypal in your name where you can send it to, or by maybe using the Service here where you can buy BTC via Paypal. I also sometimes just bought stuff with the Paypal Money and then sold it on Craigslist or Facebook Marketplace for Cash
