Best VCC for US PayPal? Is it necessary?
 
Hey, guys.

What's currently the best VCC to start a stealth PayPal, and why? How much is the initial charge?

Is a VCC even necessary if using an EIN to create a stealth PP? Or will a bank account/debit (BofA) suffice?

A debit card probably wont work cause it pass the AVS (Address Verification System).
A bank account will work as well.
And you can buy a prepaid Visa/MC at any cornerstore and use that if you wish.

bank and CC verifications are 2 different things.
I always tell people to Confirm with bank and verify with VCC.

So a good VCC will pass the verification automatically but a bad one well... you can guess what can happen
