I tried with 2 different emails yahoo & hotmail.. but in both I am not getting paypal link to activate the account?? even though the account is already created and i can login

Just happened to me today as well.
Created 4 accts. On 3 of them I got the confirmation email after 2-3 hours.
Still waiting on the last on to arrive more than 5 hours later...

Sometimes PayPal's servers are offline don't worry just give it a couple of Mins or hours then it will be receiving!
Also it happens to SMS verification as well
