How paypal reconize new account?
If I create new account and attach funding source my funding source don't apear in payment details. How to reconize they it?

You mean you attached a bank and CC to the account correct?
They'll show up if they are verified and valid.

Yes I attach card and bank and fully confirmed it.
Once I'm trying sent payment it not apearn in my payment methods. Any solution?
