Card Verification when Bank has been confirmed.
 

Hello guys,

I recently created a new PayPal account.

I have already added a bank IBAN and confirmed it, all limit has also been removed.

This morning I logged in only to get a notification for me to add and confirm a card.

What is the implication of not adding one please, does it make the account any stronger than it is now with just bank?

if something does not work out,Paypal can always charge your card !!!!!!!!!!!

Your address is confirmed via a card,your account is verified when you link a bank account

I can actually get a prepaid card, link and verify it.

What am concerned is that is it necessary? does it reduce my chances of being limited?

I have had several accounts limited that had cards linked and verified, though no bank was added to them.

Need to check BIN vcc compatibility on PayPal country.

Make test PP on the any data

is it necessary?
ask Paypal,what happens if y ou dont give them what it asked for.
Your account is limited because you did something it does not like,has nothing to do with your bank account or cc
