Paypal is the best. It's easy for scammers to use so they get a lot of negative reviews. For non-scammers they are the easiest payment processor in the world to work with, bar none.

I find them atrocious . Not to mention I don't trust them a single bit .

Easiest to work with in terms of getting set up and in terms of keeping the account functional. Paypal is a breeze compared to most other payment processors who won't even let you start accepting payments without an extensive verification/approval process. Not to mention the fact that Paypal is the only major payment processor that allows you to keep a balance which you can spend on things, instead of everything automatically transferring to your bank account. The list goes on and on.
