paypal 20k threshold reset or not?

Hello, I dont live in the us or anything, but i heard some bad stories in general for what happens when you reach the 20k, even if you arent a us citizen/business.

I was wondering if i keep under the 20k, and make another paypal account to split the money, will the 20k reset next year?

Also what are your thoughts on non us private business on paypal when they reach 20k? Do they ask for info like your ID, business documents etc, or do they just ask you to do the non us tax form?

Next year the threshold is $600 So a reset is pretty much useless anyways.

for all it will be 600? is that new rule? I saw that it was for some specific states in the US but not to all, are you able to confirm that?

It will be $600 come January 1st FEDERALLY. It was part of the last horrific Stimulus Package.

Damn i guess i will have to move on to the 20k threshold and hope it goes well since im not in the us
