eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - Withdrawal funds to Card after 180 days

A prepaid card. I have used the card to withdraw from other PayPal accounts like Lesotho, and Iceland PayPal. But never tried with USA PayPal. Didn't know USA PayPal doesn't allow to withdraw to card.
How can I withdraw the funds then? I created the PayPal account with basically random information and it was suspended with funds but it'll be 180 days in a few days time and wondering how to get the money out.

Will PayPal allow me withdraw to a US bank that doesn't have matching details? Like can I withdraw into a friend's bank account?

You can use also Money Lion vcc to cashout from limited paypal account 180 days+. Money Lion account must have history. New account can be blocked.

The USA has a different policy to withdraw money, so I think u can't do it with the card.

if you do not have a card or bank account linked before suspension,and try to add them after 180 days,Paypal will verify you.
If your violation is AUP,Paypal could keep the money.

How are you building history with this vcc - powered by Metabank....feels risky
