Hello, I want to use a businness paypal account with no issue. Can you guys tell me what is the best way in order to have one.

Dont sell items that paypal doesnt like.
Dont break any paypal rules.
Offer excellent customer service.
That is pretty much it.

Thanks but i am living in turkey and paypal is closed here. My question is what is the best way to create or buy an account.

Yes i used paypal before and all of my accounts closed with money in it. I met with someone and he said he can manage my businness paypal account and scammed me with 900 usd and left. Finally got a friend from Canada and we were just having limit issues because we didnt create a company at that time.

I am a software developer i want to sell my softwares around world so i must use Paypal. But its not available in Turkey.

I have a lot questions:

Should i buy a paypal account?
Should i create a company for beginning?

Note: I also want to stay private.

PayPal is always going to be an issue for you as they don't operate in your country...always.
Can't you create a business and get a merchant account to accept credit cards in your country? This will allow you to sell worldwide without the headaches of PayPal.

Actually yes i can but i will lose a lot of customers since i want to work world wide. As i read and watched on youtube i can use a british phone number, address and ip address. In this way it will be more secure. One of that videos was pointing this website to get further help and i am here.

You can't just have someone manage your account and have access to your finances.

You gotta be smarter than that.

If you create software, then the best platform will be something like upworks and you don't have to worry about Paypal.

I can't use upwork because i have my own website which selling subscriptions.
As i mentioned earlier i just want help for paypal not any other services.
