Can not add paypal to ebay
 

Hello.
Maybe someone can give advice, so far as MP is not here we still need to use paypal, but i can not add it to new ebay.

Looks like theyre asking you to create a new paypal acct.
Do you have a paypal account already? if so how exactly are you trying to add it to the ebay account?

From what I remember, the "link PayPal" function hasn't existed for a while now, and has been replaced by only the "create PayPal" function. I think it's been that way for most of this year at the very least.

OP, why are you trying to link it anyway? It never provided much benefit anyway except when trying to convince eBay support to grant you higher selling limits.

The error has been there for the last few days only (not weeks or months). Like most site glitches, I expect it will resolve itself in due course or they will remove it all together due to MP.

I tried it earlier this year and it was as the OP showed it to be now. If it started a few days ago then this must be a recurring thing; one of the many eBay problems that just won't stay dead, such as the immediate payment glitch which reared its ugly head yet again.

I don't think it will be removed due to MP since eBay has said since the start that PayPal will be supported until 2023.
