Unverified Paypal Account

Please forgive me if this is posted elsewhere but I've been reading through the threads and I'm getting mixed information. I'd appreciate if you guys could answer these 2 questions.
1. Is it possible to create an eBay Seller Account by linking it an unverified paypal account?

2. Lets say for example I just want to sell one item for $40, with a limited paypal account am I able to send that $40 to my verified paypal account? or will it not allow me to do this?

I'm a noob when it comes to the unverified paypal accounts because I primarily use my verified one. I saw other posts but some say its possible and some say it's not so I'm just looking for a finite answer.

'Finite' is not a word for this game.

My recommendation is to sell with a fully verified paypal account. It saves some problems. Trust me, using paypal gives problems. I regard selling with unverified accounts as silly. I want to make money, not spend time dealing with paypal being annoyed with the fact I sell as unverified user

so for a stealth account what if you cannot go and open another bank account? have you had problems in the past with paypal messing with your funds as an unverified seller?

paypal messing with me? The day is not long enough to tell you. Verified, unverified accounts all had at times problems.

This unable to make another bank account is a gray area. PM me if you need help about finding a bank account

I've sold items with an unverified paypal before. It works fine, especially if your only selling 1 single item. If your planning to sell regularly though, you'll need to get it fully verified.
