Paypal fee increase for US sellers
 

Do i get it right-
3.49% plus 0.49 cents tansaction fee.
If buyer is using a foreign bank issued card,add 1.50%
so we went from 2.9 % +30 cents transaction to 3.49% plus 49 cents transaction fee
For cross border transaction,-
3.40% +1.50& (4.90%) plus 49 cents transaction fee.
Quite a jump in fee !!!!!

Not all accounts have the same fees. My accounts in general had a tiny % decrease from 2.9% to 2.89% but my transaction fee increased from $0.30 to $0.49 and my send friends/family have not changed on any accounts.

They lost the ebay business - they have to make up the difference somehow.
