Can I ask paypal reserve to be refunded.
Paypal applied a reserve of 1000$ when days were good 45 days ago.
Im no longer in business. All are real accounts
I honored 97% of my orders . I now need the 1000$ to honor the rest of the orders. I cant borrow this any where.
I am getting disgruntled complaints from buyers because I do not have the 1000$ to dropship.
I closed my ebay shop. I owe ebay fees dont have any but will arrange soon.
Is it a good or bad idea to ask paypal to release this money now when 3% of orders are left and I am getting more of buyer disputes now. |
