Paypal & Limitations question.
 

Well, I had just entered the 4 digit code from by bank to Paypal. That makes 2 out of the 3 requests that they have asked for to lift the limits. It also said before logging off that ALL Limitations have been lifted.
Does this mean that when I begin selling and larger payment come rolling in or I have so much in my PP account and want to tranfer, they will still limit me? I'm saying yes, what do you think?
Nonetheless, when the SSN is asked for it will be the correct SSN for both accounts including the name to match.

Sorry, I guess I am not too familiar with their "Limitations" policy.

Any advice would be greatful! It took me six months to get this far "scratch free", I just intend to stay this way, if I can.
