Paypal for Ebay

I saw recently that after I created my Ebay Us seller account, it automatically linked payment to receive money in 2 unique forms : Credit/debit card or Bank Account.
I wonder if I can link my account PayPal to receive money for a new seller account?

I've had multiple new seller accounts force me to use PayPal to start. Usually business accounts.

same with this new one but BAM they SUSPENDED me. account created on June 28th and now for no reason suspended.

why do you want to open a US account,then it wants your SSN ,date of birth
