Quick Security Check

While trying to withdrawal to a bank account I am prompted with "Quick Security Check" but no phone number appears. It's just blank. Any veterans know any work arounds?

Did you try to do this from a new browser / computer / IP of any kind?

Sounds like a glitch/bug OP - which IP source are you using?

As for as bank goes, BoA has been fine for my US accounts

I recommend PNC bank as you get 3 accounts when you sign up for a checking account, very useful for when you have multiple eBay accounts.
