have few ebay stealths need advise but only the paypal accounts were suspended can i still turn them into eBay Managed Payments accounts?

Or you can try adding a new paypal to them if they still allow it.

Ebay has pretty much cut ties with paypal so if its only the paypal that got limited youre good to go.
