PP account limited, can't withdraw. Help?!?

Hello all,

So my fiancé opened up her own PP account and since she cant open a bank or anything due to horrible credit i was able to link her to one of mines (yes i know not smart but didnt think it would be a problem). I have sent her money to the account so use (over $10k) thru a F&F payment over the span of a few days/weeks. Well now her account got limited and we cant use the money in it. The plan was for her to use it for some purchases we have coming up but now that its limited we cant do anything for 180 days.

What can we do so we can just get the money back? I have read about i can email a certain email address for help? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

They most likely saw you abuse the F&F and thus they banned you.

As long as you have your bank account attached to the account, you can withdraw after 180 days.

I don't see other way aside of waiting the 6 months.

Should have just linked your bank acct directly to her paypal account instead of sending the money from one paypal to another.
As it is youll be waiting - and hope they dont make you jump through hoops when the time comes after those 180 days are up.

I did do it thru increments so it was less suspicious. I just hope they dont give me a hard time once the time is up :/

it's not the amount... it's the accumulation of using F&F aka they can't make money off you so they don't want you.

You do have a bank account attached to your account right?

where does the $10k come from?
Do you have $10k in your bank account or did you use a credit card?

It is his Paypal account,her Paypal account and the multiple F & f payments sent from his account to her account (new).
it could also be his source of fund(credit card vs bank fund) and possibly fee avoidance in the eyes of Paypal.
Paypal knows more about us than we care to tell !

do not close your bank account she has linked to her Paypal account,then she should be able to transfer that $10k to that bank account.after 180 days.
I hope she can get it resolved in less than 6 months,else if you h ave used your credit card,you can do a chargeback with your cc issuer.
