Take note. Adding a VCC is not verifying, it only confirms the account.
In order to FULLY verify your paypal account, you need to attach a BANK ACCOUNT and remove all limits (receiving, sending, withdrawing).
So will it be fine to add just a bank and not a card? Or better to have both?
Make sure the payments received are not 'personal' ones.
That will be an easy way to lose the acct regardless of how verified it. Verification does not make the acct immune in any way.

I never receive friends and family, I only invoice customers or send them my pp email address to pay me. Lost a couple of accounts recently and didn’t know if it was down to only having bank attached and not card. Hopefully nothing to long lasting and just PP being super strict at the minute

Good to know that's the reason one of my stealth accounts got limted as soon as i received a payment and friends and family, I thought that might've been the reason and was going to experiment a little more but good thing I didn't just to lose an account or 2 in the process. But the best way to confirm is by bank account and by calling them and asking them if they can verify the bank for you. They can confirm the withdrawls for you and have you able to transfer payments then and there without waiting for the withdrawls to hit the account. And if you have any problems confirming the bank account the customer service agent will tell you what's wrong and could possibly fix it.
