That's the thing I'm asking. When your using a stealth account and obtain a negative balance. How would the collection agency go about locating and collecting the amount owed if the PayPal account owner isn't a real person. Would they try and go after whoever's name was on the bank account that was linked or what?
| They can't do anything)) I have about 5 accounts with negative balance more then 5K$ each account, total negative about 25K$. With attached banks and cards. But all accounts created not under real info)) And i'm using Metabank and VCC not real cards and banks. All they can do is: calling to phone number linked to paypal account, send letter to address linked to paypal account. Also you can play in game. Just reply to agency email with text: Hi! I created this paypal account with ..... info. You will get 0 from me. Good luck. Works perfect. Tested already |
