Setup of account

What setup of account is good?
Proxy? VPN, RDP?
It is good if I create in on virtaul box, or I need specific browser of what?

honestly all of these are good.
Just be consistent in your setup.
if you go for Proxy, keep using that proxy. etc.

I myself prefer to keep it simple.
For device - new windows user acct.
For IP solution - anything that is based on wireless data.

They now allowing pay simple. Have sending issues and is is caused by my setup/connection

Are you talking about a USA paypal?

If so, you can't use the account to send money. Just to withdraw is fine.
