Can you attach a personal PayPal on Shopify?
 

Hello guys,

As the title says, is this a possibility or do we have to use a business PP for shopify.
I sell legit products and have a decent personal PP. Need to sell items quickly so thinking of attaching my personal PP on my shopify store to do business.

Anyone using personal PP on Shopify?

I can't set up business PP account at the moment.

I haven't worked with Shopify - it is interesting to experiment with and learn but just have to wait on ppl to post experience

No, I’m 99% sure you need to have a pp business account to connect it on shopify (from my experience at least)

it also wouldn’t make sense to have a personal account connected to shopify since it’s an online store, = business.

I have a PayPal business account tied to a shopify. I immediately opened a business account, as there will be problems with the personal one during the first sales, at least in Russia for sure.

I also ask you to share information. I want to buy a personal American Paypal account, how long will Ерчsuch an account work? The task is to transfer small (within 10-3000 dollars) amounts from a Russian business account to a personal American account, what to expect, are there any honest sellers of good paypal accounts here? Thx
