PayPal business Account
 

So here is were I am at before trying to get back on PayPal verified business account:

1. LLC setup
2. New Address to use
3. EIN for LLC
4. new cell phone number
5. new bank account
6. VM setup on my computer just for this
7. new Email address

still need to get a VCC or prepaid to verify with, and switch my IP address.

Anything else you guys can think of I will need??

Does anyone know if PayPal will still want my to send in my personal info like Drivers License or anything?

You don't need a VM. Better to just use a new user account on your computer.

Can you use normal residential IP or cellphone IP?

Of course at some point, Paypal will request you to upload your documents (DL etc...) to verify the ownership.
