Does PayPal talk to Financial Companies? UK.

Does financial companies talk between each other? Like, if I send a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ payment screenshot to Bitstamp stating that i bought Bitcoin with paypal long time ago, can they verify easy if it's ⊗⊗⊗⊗ or not!?

Paypal saves 7 years of your activities,IRS and state auditors have access when you are audited,not others.unless you give them permission

They will try to verify it by other means (e.g. looking for signs of alteration) but in the U.K. especially I assume it would be against the law for financial companies to talk privately with each other about customer account details.

why does Bitstamp want to see it?

They asked me proof of bitcoin bought. And paypal limited my account, and now i can't access it.
