After 180 days,Still can’t get the money back!
 

My account was restricted on March 23, and it is now on 9.24 And there is no case at the center of the solution.
Why can't I get the money back? ?
Does anyone know how to do it? I contacted the paypal customer service and sent many messages, but only automatic replies

Possible that the 180 days has passed but holidays etc make the 180 day mark not that precise

don't bother waiting , they release the money after 180 days if small amounts are on the balance , with bigger amounts they won't release it at all

instead you need to call in and ask to release , they will start a new verification and will ask you to send in documents. this verification will be different from the initial one , in such cases they will be checking more thoroughly to make sure it is not a stealth account as they intend to keep the money indefinitely if identity can not be confirmed

then call them , complain that the money has not been released

and you can start preparing stealth docs now , they will ask for ID and proof of address , also possibly bank statement and birth certificate

it is also typical for them to ask in increments , at first ID , a week later proof of address , a week later birth certificate etc.

at this point their priority is to wear you down to keep the money , this is the sole reason why they allow people to run stealth accounts

They wont always release the funds but that is the best method to try

I understand, I want to know if I can provide all the docs accurately,Is it still possible to get my money back? !

Unlike this time, ebay.UK mp, it seems that everyone (stealth accounts) cannot pass the verification

if you can provide proper docs paypal should work as they do not check databases like adyen. the main issue with adyen is docs do not play a role but they must be able to run a credit check , if they can't no docs will help

however , the paypal docs must look good , such verification is stricter than the generic one

Why was the account restricted?

If they are accusing you of breaking their AUP then you need to prepare yourself or the possibility they will not release the monies whatever you try and do.

I don't know what i did
I have multiple stealth accounts, the same US.paypal is also restricted, but after 180 days, they sent me an email and told me that you can get the money back
But UK.paypal becomes very troublesome...

PS. I use it to receive money from eBay and sell the same things
NO buyer's case, NO fraud, NO doing excessive things, just like an ordinary seller
The only problem is that this account is stealth accounts

that is passport or DL

with me they usually pulled the same trick:

provide ID , you provide ID and wait , nothing happens at all

you call in they tell you more documents needed , provide proof of address , you send in. no replies , no reaction

you call in they say more documents needed , provide bank statement. you send in , nothing happens , no reaction

you call in , they say more documents needed , provide birth certificate , you send in nothing happens

you call in , they they release the money

this is a game to wear you down , they simply want to keep the money so they will be ingoring messages , trying to buy more and more time

so you can send in the docs , wait for a couple of days and call in , if needed multiple times. all this waiting is artificial , they won't reply or release anything voluntarily

Never had funds seized if documentation provided was good enough. So basically send them whatever they ask, and you will get your money in the end.

that is great , it was even easier than my past problems with paypal although I mostly had lower amounts than yours
