PayPal added a reserve to my account???
 

Hi Everyone,

I have had my real info PayPal account since 2018, a few weeks ago I got an email from PayPal saying a reserve was added to my account

"As part of our ongoing effort to make PayPal an even safer place for you and your customers to do business, we're holding a percentage of the total payments you receive each day as a reserve in your account. This reserve helps make sure that you have money in your PayPal balance to cover any payment reversals or chargebacks. We're going to start holding 100.00% of your daily sales until you reach a minimum reserve of 11558.54 USD."

does this mean everything i sale i will no longer get the funds?

this is ridiculous, sales have been slow, I haven't even used PayPal since July only had about 3 sales in the past 2 months

what do you sell?
do you have chargebacks and disputes in the past,enough for Paypal to place reserve ?
Paypal deems certain items to be high risk,beleive it or not,comic magazines are high risk

What the hell... I never got this myself. Are you sure you got a real email from PP?

Have you logged in and checked your account status? I really hope this is just a scam email.

the email is real, when i log into my account, it says my account is under a reserve never had this before, there no different than ebay managed payments now
