Huge negative PayPal balance
 

So due some major material delays across the UK at the last few months . Outsider have unfortunately become quite days along with a commercial co trsct that we have.

I have cancelled the commercial contract to ensure we catch uo with out own as these arearge furniture items, made to measure. Although we fully state i our listing thateasdtimes are estimated, especially given current circumstances. PayPal have just been refunding customers on every dispute . Those that they don't dispute, I'm trying g to keep happy with a partial review.

I'm afraid just how much this could escalate as they are already hiding revenue that I need for materials. If I receive more disputes that are uhpd to be able to continue this would leave me with around £98k in outstanding orders that I would not be able to fulfil.

Could someone please help. I would prefer to continue and warrent the booked in orders but if dispute continue to be upheld the the point I have more going out than in.

i have have the same full order book for well over 16 months and without the delays on materials would have kept up no problems.

Hkw would such aarge negative balance affect my me personally, as obviously the customers wld jusy be refunded leaving a huge negative balance.

If its stealth infos there’s nothing they can do i believe

OP, if PP has your full info...chances are with that amount of potential balance going negative, you will be taken to collections.

Might need to discuss with a financial professional

You need to edit your post so we can understand better and easy on the eyes.
The least you can do is check your spelling !
Paypal Item not received (INR) -your customers did not get their goods,so they want their money back.

Have you tried keeping in touch with your customers at least every 2 or 3 days?

if you have left the money in your PAYPAL account,then there will be no deficit.

I dont know about UK,but in US,merchant cannot charge customer credit card unless it is ready to ship within 24 hours and order must be fullfilled within 30 days.
Paypal is now watching your account,any new payment coming into your account will be used to offset your negative balance

since you have no money in your account,it is paypal money which is refunded to your customers,you owe Paypal .
