Hello, fellow dissidents

I had a long standing paypal account that was permanently limited for having a negative balance in excess of something along the lines of 30 days. I had no intentions of leaving it like this... Anyways, I have since not paid the balance due as, if they will not let me us their service, why bother.
This came as a serious blow, as my business was paypal based, with it being the only accepted method to both send and receive payments on the marketplace in which I operated.
All my previous business was done through my personal paypal account. I naively thought that making a business paypal account may somehow circumnavigate my personal one... very naïve, I know. I was trying to be optimistic. Anyways, after my first few sales the requests for additional information came as expected, and with that the limitations, however, after providing the information requested... to my surprise, my account was unlimited. Although, an hour after, it was relimited... this time with the same boxes as before, requesting additional information on my recent sales, but with one new request added at the end, a box that read "resolve issue with linked paypal account". I guess I am wondering, what are the realistic odds that resolving this will reinstate (unlimit) my business account? I can't tell if they just have me chasing a carrot on a stick...
Any thoughts would be appreciated.

I think realistic odds are low since the accounts might be all linked unless you followed stealth steps in your setup...
