paypal has been stealing A LOT of money from me
 

so with my pps, they have been stealing money from me for violating their AUP.

i would get customers to send me money as goods and service without ANY comments. but somehow paypal is able to link the accounts and tell me what i have been selling. How do they know?

any help?

Pretty much common nowadays. Sometimes they even contact buyers and ask what they were paying for.

golden rule #1 on paypal:

never run large volume accounts and never have significant balances unless all your details are 100% genuine and you are ready to sue the hell out of them if they try to seize your funds

I used to lose money there but when I stopped running bigger accounts the suspensions suddenly stopped , they DO target people using turnover and balance in order to take money away from them for good. not with smaller amounts so though

Okay, forgive me for butting in on your post, but are you saying that people are not allowed to pay for goods via friends and family payments if the payment is actually for goods and service?

I have done that a few times recently with a long-term buyer, is my PayPal account at risk ?

yeah i try to keep the balance at a minimum. but even these 1k, 2k, 3k etc adds up when they are taking from tons of the pps

Linking accounts analysis requires you listing all steps in account creation and operation - similar images? listings? just thinking out loud

Yes you're at risk. They hate that because you're 1) avoiding fees, 2) voiding buyer protection, and 3) possibly evading taxes.

they do not know what you sell, but they can steal money as they are regulated in US and US is lawless so they can do what they want

The US is far from lawless. It's just that everything can be litigated to go the way you want if you have enough resources. :noidea:

that is pretty much the same.

according to ToS they can steal 2500 USD per violation of their terms of use.

Sell 20 Office keys which they consider as stolen or not legal and they have an argument to steal 50.000.


In EU they also stole some money from me but maybe 0,2% of all money i made with PayPal. I am currently in a complain with the regulator but this information will not help here anyway as the US and CA regulator is a different one

Friends and family? Yea, sooner than later that account will be killed if you keep this up.

these big tech companies use big data and A.I when analyzing accounts. maybe past transactions and the activity of your accounts and your buyers accounts are enough for them to come up with a theory of what you may possibly be up to and steal your money
