Hard 21 day hold
 

It seems all of the transactions I make get a hard 21 day hold from now on, Paypal always sends an email like this: "We've placed the payment on hold because this transaction is inconsistent with your previous selling activity. There's no need for you to do anything and as long as no claims are raised by the buyer, the funds will be automatically released in 21 days."
I've even tested this between multiple of my accounts, seems the confirm receipt button won't appear either. No difference if account is older with no history or brand new, still same issue. I use quality proxies and real local SIMs. Before October I had no issues at all, buyer only had to confirm receipt and done. Is there any way to bypass this 21 day hold at all, or I have to start purchasing aged accounts?

Thats pretty standard.
If they see anything they dont like theyll place the payments on 21 day holds.
Be thankful they do not just limit your acct - using 'quality proxies' (whatever that means...) is a real easy way to get them to do that. Same with activity they frown upon.

It really depends on PP. It could or it could not.

Depends which type of email Paypal sends you. If they send you an email saying your selling activity has been inconsistent, then it's a hard 21 day hold. But if they send you email asking you to update tracking because you're a new seller, then you can get money released before 21 days. That is what I've learned.
