Stealth "Bank Withdrawal" to Malaysian Paypal
 

Hi paypal Malaysia just started to allow withdrawals to Malaysian Bank accounts.
I was wondering if the stealth rule still applies as they have a warning that if your paypal name doesn't match the bank account's name the transfer might not be successful. OR do that message appears in ALL countries which allows bank withdrawals.

I use paypal in different countries. That message is there especially on the English speaking accounts. However, with some exceptions, a different name can work. (That is a really different topic/thread)

In the case of a new procedure, I would suggest that you contact any of the banks & check their requirements. Real ID is needed to open accounts in many countries. If you know what will apply, there is a solution :ranger:
